Oh boy! I painted some trees!
Seriously, I bought canvas and acrylics and everything to do this. I don't think it's too bad, considering I'm not really a painter. Kind of expressionistic. I was going for "gnarled old oak forest", but my mom thought these were supposed to be veins. (Also, the canvas is 11" by 18"-- much too large to fit on my scanner, which is pretty cruddy anyhow. This is actually, as you probably suspected, a *photograph* of the painting. Sorry about that.) |
